Tibet Travel in April

The scenery of this section of Qinghai-Tibet Highway is very beautiful, so it is suggested to choose a window seat to enjoy the spring scenery in Tibet.

Notes: Tibet travel should make well preparation on dealing with high altitude sickness. One week before entering Tibet, you can take Rhodiola, which can effectively alleviate the high altitude reaction. And you are suggested to bring some glucose antihypertensive drugs and standing drugs into Tibet. People with high blood pressure, heart disease and asthma should not travel to Tibet. Avoid colds before you go into Tibet. Don’t take a bath and wash your hair on the day you arrive in Tibet. Cover your quilt at night to avoid catching cold. Konwn as the city of sunshine, Lhasa has strong ultroviolet ray and dry climate, so protect yourself from the sun by wearing sunglasses, sunhat, lip pomade and suncream.
