About Maimo Cave in Baqen County, Nagqu

Maimo Cave is located in Baqen County, Nagqu. The locals usually call it the fairy sanctum. It is famous for a variety of stonework and stalagmite in the cave. The wall in Maimo Cave is consists of calcareous rocks and the natural landscape of stonework and stalagmite are formed by a long-term leaching. Due to rich folk custom and religion meaning, Maimo Cave is one of the indispensable landscapes of Tibet tourism.
