Lvlong Monastery is located in Zhuntang Village, Ngamring County. Lvlong Monastery is more than 4300 meters above sea level, tourists should pay attention to avoid High Altitude Sickness. It was built in 1095, dating back to 1,000 years history. The founder of this monastery named Niedunba(聂顿巴) which is the first abbot. It is the most important and earliest Sakya(萨迦派) Monastery in Ngamring County, covering an area of 824 km².  

Attraction Transportation:  due to perfect traffic system, visitors can take bus or choose self-driving to Zhuntang Village from Ngamring County seat.
